第30回外国人による日本語詞スピーチコンテスト
The 30^th Annual JAPANESE SPEECH CONTEST
for Foreign Residents of Ibaraki Prefecture

県内で生活している外国人の皆さんが、日頃考えていることや、日本・茨城の印象、母国の話など、国際理解や日本人との相互理解を深めるテーマを日本語で発表します。審査委員による審査の他、高校生や日本語ボランティアにより選ばれる各賞があります。多文化共生社会についてみんなで考える良い機会です。たくさんのご応募をお待ちしております。

日時：令和３年２月１３日（土）午後１時から午後４時３０分まで
場所：ザ・ヒロサワ・シティ会館　小ホール　(水戸市千波町東久保６９７)
応募資格：県内で生活している，令和２年４月１日時点で１５歳以上である外国人（ただし，日本の小中学校で教育を受けたことのない方）
発表者：１５名（応募多数の場合は，事務局で厳正なる審査のうえ選考します。）
スピーチ時間：５分間
テーマ：国際理解を深める内容で，政治的，商業的，宗教的宣伝・伝道でないもの
応募方法：以下のものを、応募期間内に下記宛に郵送またはメールで提出してください。
①下記申込書　②スピーチ原稿　③スピーチを録音したもの（データ、CD-R、USBなど）
締　切：令和２年１２月１４日（月）必着
表　彰：茨城県知事賞，茨城県議会議長賞，茨城県教育長賞や特別賞（多数）を予定しています。賞　品：賞状のほか協賛企業からすばらしい副賞が提供されます。

The Ibaraki International Association is sponsoring a speech contest to provide an opportunity for Japanese-speaking foreign residents of Ibaraki prefecture to express their true feelings and impressions of Japan, or to talk about their home countries in Japanese. Other than political, commercial or religious themes, any subject that deepens global understanding is permitted. We look forward to your participation!

When: February 13^th (Sat), 2021, 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Where: The Hirosawa City Kaikan, Shou hall
Who: Foreign residents of Ibaraki prefecture
＊Older than 15 years of age as of April 1^st , 2020
＊Those who have never received Japanese compulsory education
Speaker: A maximum of 15
(If there are more than 15 applicants, the organizing committee will carefully examine and select the participants.)
Speech length: 5 minutes
Theme: Any subject that deepens global understanding, other than political, commercial, or religious themes
Application: Please submit the following via mail or e-mail:
① Application Form ② Manuscript of your speech ③ Recording of your speech (data, CD-R, USB, etc.）
Deadline: December 14^th (Mon), 2020
Prizes awarded: A variety of prizes will be awarded, including the Ibaraki Governor’s Prize and several other special awards. The prizes are provided by the contest’s business sponsors.
