Join us for a hands-on cooking class! You will be able to learn about Japanese culture while preparing Japanese family dishes, just perfect for spring.

Boiled Sushi Rice with Salmon
Deep Fried Tofu with Dashi-based Sauce
Boiled Spinach and Mushrooms with Wasabi Dressing
Clear Soup with Hanpen (pounded fish cake)
Sakura-mochi (Rice cake wrapped in cherry leaf)
