Disaster Study & Japanese Cultural Experience Tour for Foreign Residents

Join us for One day Bus trip to Tochigi pref.

The Tochigi Prefectural Disaster Prevention Center is a facility where you can experience simulated disasters such as earthquakes, strong winds, and heavy rain.

Nikko Toshogu Shrine is a World Heritage Site famous for its magnificent architecture.

Date & Time: Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Capacity:

 30 people maximum (first come, first served)

Japanese citizens are also welcome. (Since priority is given to foreigners, Japanese applicants will be placed on a waiting list, and participation will be confirmed after Feb. 12.)

Fee:

[Adults]¥4,500

[Elementary and junior high school students]¥2,000

[Children under school age]¥0

(Include chartered Bus fee, Domestic travel insurance, and admission fee for Toshogu)

Application: Please sign up settle the payment at the Mito International Center from 9am on Jan. 18 to 5pm on Feb. 20. You can also apply by phone or e-mail. In that case, please come to the center later and pay the fee.
