水戸黄門まつりの花火大会＠千波湖畔を、水戸市国際交流センターからみんなで一緒に楽しみましょう！国際交流センター（３階）から花火がとてもきれいに見ることができます。
Let’s enjoy the Mito Kairakuen Fireworks Display at Lake Semba together at the Mito International Center! The fireworks can be seen beautifully from the International Center (3rd floor).
天気が悪いとき、花火大会は26日（日）になります。このMCIAのイベントも26日（日）です。
The fireworks display will be postponed to Sun. Jul 26 in case of bad weather. This MCIA event will also be postponed to Sun. Jul 26.
